COURSE DESCRIPTION

Participants will design, program and build robots using LEGO WeDo 2.0 (Grades K - 3) or LEGO Mindstorms EV3 kits (Grades 4 - 8).  With many projects to select from there is no shortage of learning material as students learn engineering, design concepts, mathematics, and programming skills.  A truly outstanding course sharpening critical thinking skills in a fun environment!

  • Week 1: Moving and turning our robots
  • Week 2: Displaying text and graphics on our robots
  • Week 3: Touch sensors, proximity sensors, and programming loops
  • Week 4: Switches, switch loops, multitasking
  • Week 5: Using color sensors & navigating obstacle courses with our robots
  • Week 6: Data wires and logic
  • Week 7: Advanced programming
  • Week 8: Build a robot with personality
  • Week 9: Build your own robot!

WEEKDAY HALF-DAY PROGRAMS - $499 for Week 1 / $250 for each additional week
OPTION 1: MON - FRI 9 AM - 12 PM @ $499 for Week 1 & $250 each additional week
